Piston Seal

It is designed for both piston and rod seal for most hydraulic service application. It is available in standard and “B” Type and in both metric and inches size. It comprises of Lubrithane U-1003 which is a tough 95 shore A Polyurethane material ideal for demanding seal applications up to 200ºF in most hydraulic fluids. It has high strength and abrasion resistance to provide excellent seal life. It is also available in high temperature urethane and thermoset materials.

It is design for high work load rod or piston seal for most high duty cycle linear actuators. It comprises of Lubrithane U-1003 which is a tough 95 shore A Polyurethane material ideal for demanding seal applications up to 200ºF in most hydraulic fluids. It has high strength and abrasion resistance to provide excellent seal life and valves. It is also recommended for applications where internal contamination is possible.

It is designed for high work load for most high duty cycle linear actuators with its excellent pressure and life capability. It is also specially designed to fit industrial O-ring grooves. It comprises of Lubrithane U-1003 which is a tough 95 shore A Polyurethane material ideal for demanding seal applications up to 200ºF in most hydraulic fluids. It is also available high temperature Lubrithane® and Fluorotrel® materials.

It is a tough Poly-Urethane piston U-Cup seal which looks similar to a V-Cup seal. It is designed for heavy duty linear actuators with its U-1003 Polyurethane material for up to 200ºF in most hydraulic fluids.

This piston ring is a superior answer to single and double acting application. It is machined to close tolerances which is used in conjunction with and o-ring or square –ring loaded. They are excellent for reciprocating situations, slow rotary and oscillating application because of their self -lubricating qualities. It has excellent pressure and life capability and available in numerous materials with 40% bronze filled PTFE being the most common.

It is a zero drift piston seal for bi-directional pressure applications to retrofit o-ring grooves. It comprises of a 70 Shore A Nitrile Seal element and tough extrusion resistant nylon backup ring, designed specifically for hydraulic and pneumatic service. It is also available in thermoset material such as FKM.

It is a double acting, high pressure , high performance piston seal, accommodating larger extrusion gaps when used with close tolerance WGT wear rings. The main features are excellent extrusion resistance, low friction and low wear in a compact , stable design. It comprises of a filled PTFE cap and an elastomeric energizer. These two components are protected from extrusion and foreign material by 2 plastics anti-extrusion rings.

A double acting piston seal that is designed to a system which states the dynamic sealing diameter, housing groove diameter , housing groove width and material. It has been developed for applications with very high demands. The rectangular guide ring is manufactured with high precision in a moulded thermoplastic polyester (TP) material for temperatures up to +125 °C and with a tolerance range of 0,07 mm. For even more demanding applications, the guide ring can be delivered in a phenolic/fabric material with a tolerance range of 0,05 mm.
